One of Immigrant Breast Nest's founders, Speak Onion has been dispensing exuberant live performances and records that cram screeching noise into gaps between hyper-dense rhythms since 2005. Body Nostril is a newcomer in 2021, constructing ornate sonic environments for vivid low frequency creatures to flourish. The two projects are built from the same raw materials but aim in divergent directions, and this split finds them at a critical intersection. From Speak Onion we get a loving farewell from a trusted friend, while Body Nostril unfurls a new universe to be explored and sets a lofty standard for adventure.
